I was so excited when I got my hands on Chanel‘s latest lipstick range called Rouge Coco Stylo. Chanel has always been one of the best when it comes to lipsticks {or makeup in general} so it is no surprise that these bad boys are no disappointment.
The Rouge Coco Stylo lipsticks have the pigmentation and intensity of a lipstick, the sheen of lipgloss and the hydrating comfort of a lip balm. A mix I can totally get into. At first I was hesitant whether all 3 aspects were visible when applied and I am am happy to confirm they are.
They were actually a lot more hydrating than I expected {hello coconut oil and jojoba oil} especially since my lips are overly dry. And of course the colors. I absolutely love the beautiful colors available in the Stylo. I have raved about the Rouge Coco range before but I think the Stylo surpasses them.
What I also love about this range is the twist up applicator which is so convenient for someone like me that lives in the desert. There has been so many times that my lipstick has melted in my bag from the intense heat.
Then there is the subtle gloss that helps make you lips look a little plumper. The sheen is just enough to make it look glossy without it look like a hot mess.
My favorite colors are the 208 Roman, 214 Message and 216 Lettre. Which color would you go for?
