Living in Dubai is like being on a long beach holiday. It is such a blessing to be able to hit the sandy beach and get a beautiful golden tan any time of the year. There are so many amazing beach resorts lining the shores of the UAE that is would be a sin to not indulge in a mini staycation. But since we live such busy lives, it is a little difficult to take any time off. It is even more difficult when you end up spending a perfect beach day at the office in front of your laptop.
So when Elie Saab Le Perfum Resort Collection landed on my desk, I took one sniff of it and felt like I was sunbathing at one of my favorite beach hotels, Burj Al Arab. It was only natural since Le Perfum Resort has a fresh orange blossom fragrance with a hint of musky opulence which happens to be the equivalent, in my opinion, to Burj Al Arab. It is refreshing {pun intended} to have a resort perfume that does not include the typical coconut scent that we are so accustom to. It is basically a tropical beach party in a bottle.
