I’ll admit, this is an old look. I shot this a while back but never got a chance to post it. It may be old but the pieces I am wearing are still very relevant.
‘Winter’ is almost here in Dubai and it is time to bust out all our warmer clothes. I say ‘winter’ because lets be real, it’s more like spring in the desert this time of year. So forget about the heavy coats and the turtlenecks, all you need is a duster coat.
What is a duster coat you ask? Well, it has all the gorgeous elements of a winter coat but without the heavy-duty fabric. The lightweight fabric is enough for the breezy Dubai winter without sacrificing the sharp aesthetic of a coat. This is what you throw on to keep warm but still stay cool, get my drift?
In this look, I wore a gorgeous light pink Madiyah Al Sharqi coat that has the most delicate lace detailing on the bottom. Since it is such a feminine piece, I styled it with a pair of ripped boyfriend jeans. A pair of heels and a Bulgari bag and I am ready to enjoy the best time of the year.
