I like to think of myself as a lucky person. Not because of pure luck but because I work hard to reach my goals. With that dedication and extra sweat and tears, I seem to get lucky along the way. People seem to have a misconception of the word luck. They think you can either be one or the other, lucky or unlucky, in life. To me, luck is something you make for yourself and doesn’t just fall on your lap {well, most of the time}. So when people tell me “oh you are so lucky to be doing what you are doing in life”, I say, its because I have worked hard and dedicated my time and energy to live the life I’ve always wanted. I suppose you can say that luck is like a wish that has been unlocked. Wishing something usually comes true if you work at it, just like luck.
I recently got lucky and was able to unlock a wish I’ve been dreaming of for a while. The ability to disconnect and just fly away to a peaceful and serene place where I can reconnect with my inner self. To be able to take care of what really matters in life, your health and happiness.
