Can you tell I am still reminiscing of the beautiful {and windy} Parisian Spring. It was one of the most beautiful times to be in Paris where the sun was shining but there was a crisp cold breeze coming through. It was such a cozy time to grab a hot chocolate from Angelina Cafe and layer up in fluffy jackets. And that is exactly what I did.
I was actually in Paris with Kerastase and we were invited out for a lovely dinner with the team. I decided to wear my culotte jumpsuit from Zara but because of the weather, had to wear a jacket to keep warm. Since I was feeling extra sparkly {from the joys of life} I wore a sequinned bomber jacket.
As it was pretty windy and I felt like the look needed a little somthin’ somethin’, I ended up wearing my favorite furry jacket on top {like a cape, of course}. The combination of the textures, sequin and light wool, really elevated the look.
It reminded me that layering is such an important aspect of an outfit, when done right. The different dimensions of the pieces really give the look that je ne sais quoi. Layering isn’t just for the colder climates so don’t be afraid to experiment all year round.
